Why subscribe to The Slow Take?

Are you human? Do you find it a mixed bag, being human? A messy bag? A beautiful bag? A tote bag? Do you want some very occasional thoughts on the strange beauty of being human? Yeah, you do!

My promise to you…

I will not send anything to you on a fixed schedule, like say, every Wednesday. I will offer no “hot takes” and I’m not “creating content.” I will write a newsletter whenever I feel I have something of worthwhile to say to you—something about the strange beauty of being human. The Slow Take will appear in your inbox only when I think there’s something I have chewed on (usually slowly) that might be of interest to you. Or it will be links to the same.
