Beautiful story about how important it is to not judge yourself while you're healing. Thanks for the reminder 💜

Thanks for this! I'm in a noodling-around mood and chastising myself for not being more productive. But I must remember I need healing time after a big project and downtime to tackle the next one.

Thank you for the reminder! I have to tell myself over and over sometimes to it is okay to not be productive (outwardly) and trust the process.

Love the symbolism of human, of dear octopus, patience and love at many angles. Thank you Heather

Thank you for this perspective. It’s hard for me to feel OK about not doing anything when I have so much to do. But, I do need a lot of recovery time, and healing time. I need to work on giving myself grace and space to do nothing.

I, too, love a thrift store, and hadn't considered it noodling until now. Do you have a New Jersey favorite store to share? Noodling, for me, is walking with a coffee in hand. You can't go too fast, and with a fancy coffee, it doesn't feel like exercise.

I also love a good thrift store. Shopping on Senior Day with my friend of almost 50 years? The best.
